On Tuesday night, Nora Shepherd’s dream came true.
She was elected the new Family Court Judge for Division 3 of the 25th Circuit, which serves Madison and Clark counties.
“It is my dream job,” Shepherd said. “I’ve always wanted to be a judge.”
